• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $65 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village are just minutes away for dining and shopping, while historic downtown Charleston is a scenic 21-mile drive.

A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded private beaches, equestrian center, the dedicated Racquet Club neighborhood pool, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Daily access to the Lakehouse fitness center and indoor lap pool carries a fee of $16 per guest. Outdoor Lakehouse pool access requires amenity paperwork submitted two weeks before check-in.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 2-pass limit.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.

Every home is professionally inspected prior to arrival, and all bed-coverings are laundered at high temperatures between every single stay.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $65 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is not a party property!
