Centrally located on the island, on a desirable oak lined street just a short stroll from the beach lies this lovely ground floor villa. This two bedroom two bath first floor condo features some of the best golf course views that one can ask for right off your spacious back patio.

Inside the unit, guests will find a spacious living room with large screen tv, ample seating, natural light, and patio access. In the living room a sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space. Off the living room area, is a dining table with seating for 4. There is a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances for your cooking and entertaining needs.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, dresser, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, sink with ample vanity space, and toilet.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and dresser. The guest bathroom features oversized shower, sink with vanity, and toilet.

A washer and dryer are also located off the hallway for the convenience of guests.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the common lot area, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is parking for two vehicles.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $40 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver’s license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. 

COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe).

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $40 per vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) count as a vehicle. The $40 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights.  If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary.

CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
