Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the strict maximum limit of 2 gate passes.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the strict maximum limit of 2 gate passes.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.
• THE SANDPIPER CLEANING STANDARD: Exceptional stays start with an exceptional clean. Our dedicated housekeeping teams follow strict VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) guidelines to ensure consistent results. Every home is professionally inspected prior to arrival, and all bed-coverings are laundered at high temperatures between every single stay.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
