Relax and unwind at this private villa centrally located on a quiet street, near both the Seabrook Island Club and the private beach.

This top floor villa is a relaxing coastal oasis. Guests enter into the living area, an area abundant with natural light, comfy seating and a large screen TV. Off the living area is a private balcony – a favorite spot for morning coffee.

The living area opens to a dining table and updated galley kitchen. All decorated in a neutral pallet of colors that embody coastal living. A full bathroom on this floor offers guests a shower, vanity, and toilet.

With garden views, the master bedroom features a plush king bed, large screen tv, and closet. The guest room, finished with shiplap, offers three twin beds and TV. Down the hall a bathroom offers a vanity, and shower and tub combo. A stackable washer/dryer offers guests the convenience of doing laundry right within the villa.

The home is meticulously maintained and includes preventive maintenance contracts to ensure proper function on all the working components of the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled. 

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this stay, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable bed linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. No need to rush to the store at the start of your stay, as a ‘starter set’ of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. 

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club (seasonally), dining club, racquet club, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access to these options are prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Additional fees are charged for activities. Without club amenity cards, guests still have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. The fitness center at the Lakehouse and indoor pool is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As a private, gated island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Gate check-in may require a valid photo ID. New this year, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. The charge is $40 per vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the grand total of your reservation. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. There is a maximum on the number of vehicle passes for each property. Street parking is prohibited. Each pass requires one licensed driver’s name. Guest may be asked to show license at the gate. Once the vehicle pass is issued, any licensed driver can drive.

CHECK IN: While self check-in makes the arrival process simple, we offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team provides self- check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone or meet you at the property.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. The marina is close by, as are historic gardens and plantations. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice of 60 days minimum is required prior to the scheduled arrival date. With appropriate notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $60.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, the guest will be refunded an amount equal to the new rental rate minus $300. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the guest.
 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES/RULES: In addition to the cancellation rules, all properties are subject to an additional $50 cancellation processing fee (regardless of when cancellation occurred). A minimum age of 23 is required for guests making a reservation.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages of no less than $400 per incident.

PARTIES: No events or parties. There are morning and evening noise ordinances for the quiet enjoyment of all. THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
