Beyond the club, you’ll have complimentary access to over three miles of uncrowded, private beach — just a short bike ride from your door down the sleepy, moss-draped curve of Captain Sam’s Road.

• BEACH: There are nine beach access points around the island. It is 2 miles to the beach from this home. Please note that beach chairs are not provided at this property.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is also included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. A long driveway offers ample space. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass, must be gas-powered, and count as a vehicle towards the strict 3-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: Dog friendly. Well-behaved dogs are permitted at this property for an additional fee. Please help us keep pets off the furniture.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the laundry area for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver’s name must be provided, and drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Gas-powered LSV vehicles count toward the 3-vehicle maximum.
• CHECK IN: For our guest’s convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. We launder the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!
