The Charleston Treehouse Description
Dressed in the romantic, pastel colors of the Charleston’s Rainbow Row, and nestled in the serene surroundings of Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina. Part of the destination known as the Plumage Treehouses, and set amongst 32 acres of Wadmalaw Island’s breathtaking wilderness landscape, this unique space is part of the four treehouses originally built in 2018 by the Boltfarm Treehouse team. This unique one-bedroom retreat, set behind the entrance gate, offers an enchanting escape for those seeking tranquility and a touch of adventure.
Guests enter into abundant natural light that pours through a wall of floor to ceiling antique farmhouse windows, and also features a beautiful crystal chandelier, and fairy lights. Inside there is a king size "shabby chic" painted bed, claw foot tub, large desk and chairs with marsh views, and a kitchenette with microwave, 2 mini fridges, sink, and stove-top. This space also features a cozy loft with double bed and small sitting area with projector screen. Outside on the main level deck is a fully outfitted dog house, grill, and pizza oven as well as a reading loft with cozy outdoor chair. Two gorgeous carved black marble tubs finish off this deck with a romantic touch. Travel up the wrought iron spiral staircase to the second deck with a dining area for 4 with spectacular marsh views as well as a small sitting area and outdoor shower. For your entertainment, the treehouse includes modern technology to keep you connected, such as Starlink WiFi and TV, and vintage-style record player, while thoughtful touches ensure your comfort and safety.
