1409 - AfterDune Delight Description
Welcome to AfterDune Delight located at 1409 Dune Loft Villas on Seabrook Island. This new-to-market marsh front villa offers a secluded vacation spot just steps from the Seabrook Island crab docks, while keeping you near the private beaches, club, hiking trails, and lake house.
Property Highlights:
Sleeping Arrangements:
Up a flight of newly constructed stairs, guests enter into a screened porch that overlooks the marsh. It is not uncommon to spot a heron, deer, or other wildlife while enjoying morning coffee. It is a great spot to read a book or even catch a nap after a sun-kissed day.
Inside the villa, guests will find a palette of crisp whites with colorful beach accents. The living area features elevated ceilings, ample plush seating, a large screen TV, and a ceiling fan, making it an ideal place to gather. There is even a desk area to work remotely. Off the living area is a dining area that seats six. The open space flows seamlessly into a well stocked and clean kitchen.
The master suite is one of our favorite spots in the villa. It features modern furnishings, a queen bed with a new mattress, a closet, and an en-suite bath. An extended seating area with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the marsh, lovely swivel chairs, and a TV make relaxation a must.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed, ample closets, and access to the hallway bath with a shower and tub combination. The secluded loft space upstairs features two twin beds, a ceiling fan, abundant natural light, and access to its own private balcony with lounge chairs.
